how to boot from a pen drive, my pc supports USB-HDD booting option and i have a disc of win7 .

I guess you are talking about installing Windows 7 from a USB drive. There are a lot of tutorials on the net for that. Check this one out. I've tried it in the past, and it works.

Or you can try this method too. It will be much easier.
