Default Win7 Boot prob !


Guys the Problem is

I was using Win 7 64 as usual , My dad was playing some songs in Raaga and i went out to meet some friends...

When i returned ,,, see below



I have NIS 2011
Emsisoft anti-malware free mode too

I am 100% sure i Didn't have any malware at that time .....

What could be the prob ???
Solution ??
How could i prevent that ??

UPDATED :

Now it has come ya ......
I switched it on after some time and now it has come ??? What could be the reason guys ??

Put in the Windows 7 DVD into the drive and click repair installation. Then again click Repair boot

At first, when I saw that screen on my machine, I was scared, and I went through the "Repair your computer" option. Wited for 10 minutes, but it was too slow, so I restarted the machine, & guess what it worked! No error message again!!
Now whenever I see that screen, I just restart manually. After restart, it works flawlessly. Don't know the reason though.

same one here !
The repair was instant but didn't work ! so switched on after some time !
DID worK !
