Default PlugPlay Service deleted by accident!

Sup guys?
I just installed windows 7 on my PC
But I had this problem
When I opened 'Device Manager' it was blank, there was no device visible -__-
So i googled it up
And found this

So I did what this Microsoft Support Enginee had told him to do
I deleted the plug and play service
But now i cannot recreate it as there is not folder such as *C:\Windows\Repair\*
So my question is How can I create the windows PlugPlay service again?
Please Help !!!

Wth? Can someone please help me? :/

ITS BEEN 24 HOURS, 30 views but no reply :'(

For once and all, don't listen to MS Support Engineers at all. I'm a contributor to MS Answers and I've seen that they usually give crap answers and even the senior members critisize them. They paste in same type of answer in every answer, like they have it saved. And instead of giving appropriate answer, they link their irrelevant answer to some MS Kb article. They ask more questions to askers than anyone...
