Start: type CMD in search box: Right click on cmd: Run as administrator.

Now in cmd write "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and press enter, wait for the tool to finish.

PS: You need the win7 dvd ready, the tool may ask for it.

Seems the program is included in startup, did u try to remove it from startup?

If not, try this...

>Windows+R
>write "msconfig" and press "enter" button
>Go to "startup" tab
>try to find this program and uncheck the corresponding checkbox
>Press OK to save the changes.
>System would ask to restart but its alright if you don't at that very moment.

Next install Avira with latest updates and scan your system for any active threats.

Dialybackup.VBS is a visual basic script file, which is being executed each time your windows starts, since it's in Start Up folder.
And by the spelling of "daily" in given file, it clearly indicates a malware, and not any genuine backup program. (Dialybackup.VBS)
Try rhitwick's method above to remove the program from starting up.

Also, I would be curious to know what did you do, to infect a (possibly) fresh install of Windows 7, since this version of windows is not so easy to get infected.!

It's a virus, delete it. Simple! If your current AV cannot detect it, use a better AV (Avast).
