Exclamation windows 2003 server problem

hai friends,
a typical problem in windows 2003 server , the server service always stopped after some time, when i tries to start it manually, it tells access denied, i have logged through admin account. the problem rectifiies when i restart the machine, but the problem again creep in after some time.

due to this the shared folder are not working causing lot of trouble to end users

btw, what is the specs of the PC running it?

Also do you have latest Service pack-

Are SQL services also getting turned off.

The configuration are as follows:
1> My machine is IBM blade server having : Xeon processor, 4 GB DDR3 RAM. 160 GB HARD DISK, RAID ENABLED.
ALSO i have installed the latest service pack 2 of win server 2003 .

no sql services are not affected

Try to update ur NIC drivers & all the Hotfixes and Security Upadates manually through windows update to date also disable the windows search indexing services & see

Finally scan with an updated antivirus Software
