clean install to get rid of bloatwares

I have recently purchase Sony Vaio CB15, i want to get rid of bloatwares preinstalled .
Is it advisable to do the clean install ?& if yes; what precautions to be take before doing it?

Those preinstalled softwares are not free but you are getting it bundled. If you just wanna delete the bloatwares, then Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall A Program ( In Win 7 ). A list will appear and choose what you want to uninstall.

Uninstall using Revo Uninstaller and I think your laptop speed should increase
