Default 32 and 64 bit os on one pc

i wanna know if its possible to install both 32 and 64 bit versions of windows 7 ultimate on a single pc

yes. obviously.

But to run 64bit OS, your processor should be a 64bit processor.

a 64bit CPU is compatible with both OS (32 & 64bit)
the 32bit CPU is only compatible with 32bit OS

Only if it is an x86-64 CPU. (almost all CPUs today)
