Default Sotware for restricting the copy of data.

Hello,
to all of you.
Is there any software that can restrict the copying/cutting of data from the pen drive to some other medium e.g. HDD? Please let me know.Thank you.

AFAIK, you can't do that.
Though you can fool others making the files system hidden so that they won't be able to see the files.

By, "restrict the copying/cutting of data from the pen drive" I assume, you want the pen drive to be blocked.
For that, try this page Disable USB Removable Mass Storage Device Drive Access in Windows « My Digital Life
