visual basic installation doubt

Can I install visual basic 6.0 inside Ubuntu 10.10 or Windows 7? Which one is better option?
I have dual booted my PC with both Windows 7as well as Ubuntu.

Why would you want to use Visual Basic 6 now? Why not to go for Visual Basic .Net?

And better use Windows if you want to go for any Microsoft technology.

Bro you can't install a software made for Windows in Ubuntu. You have to install that on win 7. Although some softwares for windows can run on Ubuntu through Wine but I don't think there is a option for this particular software. Its way too old.

if you want .Net on Linux use Mono
