Opera No ADS

Hi!

I downloaded and installed Opera 11 today. I an usibg Opera for the first time. My problem is that the extension NoAds is not working despite changing that required value to 500

You will see the Ad-Block icon next to your search box.Click on it and click preferences.
Click the tab named subscriptions.Check any of the available ones and click 'download subscription' and make sure the check box named 'enabled' is checked.Thats it.

Note:I am having problems in bringing front the preferences window when no sites are open or sites including google.com,TDF are open.If this happens with you go to some non standard website and then do the procedure.

Wait for an update for NoAds so that it works with Opera 11.10.

Currently, it is not working for me too.

Just Right click on empty space and select block content and block the ads which you don't want. No need for extensions at all.

Still not as good as Adblock Plus for Firefox. I use multiple lists from fanboy, for that ABP is the best.

I removed that extension and manually copied fanboy's adblock file. Fanboy's Adblock List for Opera

Wait for the updated 1.0.9 version to get released. I'm using a custom fix by myself.
