Suggest - Backup/Sync Software

Friends,

Can anyone suggest a good Backup software ?

Functions required:
MUST Have - Sync with External HDD - ONLY Backup files which are new or last updated. (NO need to overwrite/touch old files which are not changed)
Good to Have - Facility to Sync with Online Drive (Sky Drive/Drop box)

Can anyone suggest please ?

I use SyncBack Freeware edition for backup... It has a couple of paid versions as well... See Compare backup software - SyncBack Freeware, SyncBackSE, and SyncBackPro for details... It can sync with external hdd (the paid versions allow you to start sync automatically when you attach the external hdd)...

Not sure about facility to sync with online drive - if there is ftp access, it is possible... otherwise, dont think so...
