Hi friends,
while booting my old laptop with celeron processor and xp pro running, it shows a message that
"hal.dll" is missing please please copy the file.

Please tell me how to copy this file from the installation disk after going in to the repair option...

TIA

Lightbulb Re: file missing while booting

Hi, seems like hal.dll is missing eh? Go to dll-files.com and get the hal.dll file. According to dll-files.com -

Windows errors related to hal.dll
If Windows is unable to run applications due to a .dll error, this .dll may be missing or you may have registry error. Such errors can heavily influence the performance of your PC.
