Need help with folder lock

Hello,

I have encrypted alot of files in Folder lock version 6.5.5 (windows 7).

I forgot the password and now i can't get my files back

Its important files like traveling pictures and other pictures.

I would be very happy if anyone could help me recover the files or find any good solution. (I have teamviewer)

If they are encrypted, They can't be recovered with out a password. Try mailing to the Folder lock support team.

I think i just locked the files in the folders.

Boot from a linux live CD (Ubuntu) & then copy your files to a different location from there.

There's nothing to worry about. Just enter the original serial number for password and it will open.

I have tried everything Ubuntu , serial , it wont open.
I have tried for 8 hours today and 5 hours yesterday.

I will not give up.... Iam not accepting that it will not work.. it should work somehow.

plz help me out.
