Turn Off The Lights for Internet Explorer 8

I love the Turn Off The Lights bookmark for Internet Explorer which allows me to watch YouTube videos without any other distractions on the page.

I would love to add Turn Off The Lights to the right click menu of Internet Explorer which would activate the bookmark.

I've tried a lot but haven't been able to do so. Can someone help me get this done?

just run Ie in no add on/safe mode and you shud see bookmarks when u right click
