I have hp deskjet 3840 printer .windows 7 is is installed in my notebook.when i connect the printer with my machine it does not detect.i updated the windows 7.also the required driver s/w is downloaded through online but when it wants to install it displas "the acces is denied",windows firewall is on.can any body help me to install the printer in windows 7.pls plz help and reply
