SOFTWARE SUGGESTIONS required !!!!!

My uncle has a buisness and uses computers( :roll: )...he needed PIMs(Personal Information Managers)...that would store the schedule of the days ahead and would startup automatically on the days in which certain tasks are to be performed and show the tasks to be done.

There are 3 PC's which need this software. All the PC are running on Windows 98(Genuine).

Please suggest some softwares (including free & the ones we have to pay for).
