its called a VS or Visual Style
to use a visual style u need software like style xp
or the uxtheme patcher for windows xp
google it its easy to find

for the visual styles themselves ... u can browse deviantart.com for some of the best ones

neowin forums have links to everything u require ... give it a shot ...

if help needed ask here ..

U can try Aqua Dock v1.0.

Product Description:

Aqua Dock Is a program that allows you to have an 'OS X' style, nice animated launchbar / taskbar on your screen that reacts to your mouse when you mouse over it. Users can customize the look of each item on the dock and set various animation options for when the mouse is over an item on the dock. It is very easy to configure.

In short, Aqua Dock is a task bar and a Windows program launcher that does it with Apple's style.

Guys hes asking about the taskbar. Shivendra as per my experience with VS it depends in different VS how the taskbars look like. So if you are looking at a particular types of taskbar then u must check each and every VS screenshot before downloading it from DA and then u might strike gold. But if u want that mac like one, meaning finder and all stuff written on the taskba itself then u must install true launch bar. Ask scott_evo more abt it coz he knows more than me altought i had used it some time ago i dont use it now so he might shed some real light on it for u.

in that case ur best bet would be to use the flyakite os transformation pack !
u can select which files to replace

this will completely replace ur default windows look

ofcourse there are loads of VS available out there which mimic mac as well
infact theres one in style xp
goto the vs section and load and apply "panther"
