Unhappy Memory card problem

I have a 1 GB micro SD card which works fine on any mobile, any computer, any operating system, but not on my computer.
I have used Windows 7, open solaris, parted magic and many more operating systems to open it on my computer. It works fine on any operating system on any PC, except for mine.
I have used many memory card readers & usb ports to make it visible but it just doesn't show up.
All my memory cards work fine on my computer with same card reader and obviously same usb port, except this. Please help!!!!

What i suggest before formatting take the backup of your data otherwise your data has been lost and you need a data recovery software like Stellar, Recuva or any other third party software to recover your formatted data back.

^^ If you can then reinstall the OS. My friend was facing similar problem and when he reinstalled his OS it worked fine for him.
