Photo printing

I need a software for printing photo of different sizes. Multiple photos in a single page to save paper. The software should also allow to add text to photos.

I need this software to print passport and stamp size photos at home for different entrance examinations and also print my name along with the photos.

I know Photoshop can be used but I dont know how. Can I use some other software ?

in Windows 7,xp,Vista you can do it without software..get your pics in same folder

but there are only limited number of options. You cant print in any sizes. and how to add name in photos ?

try something called Gimp , Paint.net
