GENERIC 32 Host Services - problem..

Hello!
I am facing some problem in my PC from a couple of days. I reinstalled OS in my system 2 days back & then installed Antivirus & my daily use softwares. But, now, whenever while browsing, open 2 or 3 sites simultaneously, suddenly a message pops up with the heading GENERIC 32 HOST SERVICES. There r only 2 options available for selection which are – SEND ERROR REPORT or DON’T SEND.
As I click DON’T SEND, all the opened files, folders (d browser too) get closed automatically & the taskbar’s color also gets faded & my internet conn. Automatically disconnects & at that time, I am left with no other option than rebooting the pc.
Also, if I play any audio/video file, then d sound of d file is audible only for a few seconds & then after a minute or so, the sound comes again automatically but again only for a few seconds & dis keeps on repeating. I have CCCP (Codec Pack) installed on my system.

This all happened after I reinstalled my OS. Is there sum error in OS installation (I have reinstalled for d second time too for dis cause but all in vein.. The condition is same)..

I am using Windows XP & antivirus is AVIRA Antivir.

Pls. help me out by providing a solution to this….

While browsing d net only I get dis GENERIC HOST pop-up...

However, i re-formatted my hard disk & it's working fine since den..

Even I used to reformat but it reappeared after a week.

I then figured out it was due to some app.
