Exclamation windows 7 installation problem


guys i m amit fm chennai....i ve a HP a1610in desktop....in original config/ excpt i ve upgrd to 2 gb
ram recently......now i m plng t
o upgrade to windows 7...i m confused ...shld i opt for upgrade or custom install option.....if i do clean install will it affect the pre instaled customised drivers ....pl help me oout.....seeking an early reply

clean install = the primary drive will become empty & Win7 comes with many generic drivers for the graphics, audio & LAN. i'll suggest clean install, not upgrade as some have reported long installation times. but you'll have to install all your softwares again.

which is better yaar.....home premium or ultimate for my system. currently it s vista home basic

Given that the extras provided by Ultimate is hardly used and can be done using free 3rd party tools, get Home Preimum. Its' worth every penny.
