Help with USB

Hello,
Can anyone say a program that asks for password when a USB Device is plugged
Many of friends are suffering from viruses due to spread through USB from their friends USB's
When their friends plug their USB unknowingly the virus spread insides the PC too
So i need a program that will ask for a password when a USB Device is plugged

do antivirus check before using

rather than using any software pressing shift key when you plug in usb drive also prevents autortn of a virus..then do av scan to kill virus

Oops!
Using Shift is a very good technique it just disables the AutoPlay and also use USB Disk Security
If you feel still there is threat we can Right Click and Click Explore such that we will be able to just browse the files
