Control Panel not found ???

Hi Guys I am Using Windows Vista and I am not able to use it. Whenever I am trying to open it error message comes. Application Not Found...........



What does it mean and how to resolve it????

Try a repair install too.

I have tried 3 different antivirus as well as antimalware scanner.... butsame problem continues.....


Repair install will make many changes in my lappy I think... and I dont wann changemy dual os settings.....
I am using Windows Vista and Windows XP.

what is the size of different exe's ??

if same then all exe are corrupted. do full reinstall or restore lappy to factory settings

Try the restore as I suggested. Else...clean format and install.
