Default Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a proble

this strange message keeps haunting every now and then on boot up. I hope it is nothing serious. There are times when it does not appear.
the message that comes up is
"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close."
Simply canceling seems to solve the problem
thanks
manish

Is ur system low on resources whilst bootin ( ie ) does ur system take time (lots) and strains to boot, then reduce some startups and u will not get it anymore...
Alternatively, u can run GAMEXP with the options of cosmetic settings off and run it after creating a backup, it'll run ur sys bout 30-40% fast...
