Games Cafe Manager

Hi Friends,
I Have One Issue, If You All Can Troubleshoot Then I Would Be Pleased...
The Problem Is That Am Having A Games Cafe And I Need A Software To Maintain It....
First Of All I Would Like To Know From You All That Which Is The Best Software For Managing Cafe, i.e. Time Manager, Billing Manager, Prepaid And Postpaid Account, Low And High Tariff Plans, Client Lock Restriction, etc...
I Have Some Demo Software's:
1) CyberCafe Pro 6.0
2) SmartLaunch 4.0

Note: Am Having 1 Server And 10 Clients Running On Windows 7 With A Good Gaming Configuration. There Is No Internet Connection. Am Using 24 Port Gigabit Switch To Connect All The System In Network.

So I Need A Software Which Does Not Require Internet Connection. i.e Offline Games Cafe Manager.
