Which is Good VBR,CBR or ABR

Which bit-rate quality sound is good in MP3/AAC formats?

VBR is always better than CBR. never tried ABR though.

For those who don't know...please mention what does VBR,CBR and ABR stand for....

VBR is good as it makes the more optimal use of applying bit rates based on the demand....and avoid when the it is not required as thats not the case in CBR

ABR= Average Bit Rate
CBR= Constant Bit Rate
VBR= Variable Bit Rate

CBR > VBR if you don;t consider File Size , CBR doesn't try any compression for low detail areas , simple encoding , bad VBR Enconding might bring in bad audio [ although difference is almost negligible nowadays ]. But for same size , of course VBR > CBR.
