Unhappy windows repair

hey guys,i am facing a big problem. recently i forgot my laptop password .so i tried to hack my own system.i somehow browsed my drives and deleted the file "SAM" in windows/system 32/config folder which is known to store the passwords of the users.but unfortunately ,after doing that i am facing a big deal.i have windows 7 ultimate installed and it is booting but as it is about to display the desktop , with a blink a blue screen appears and it restarts. So the main problem is that i cant access any of my data .I tried to restore to a previous restore point but i didn't create any restore points. Moreover, i also tried to repair my windows but thats also not working.please suggest me any solution because i don't want to loose my data.
