Exclamation How to delete Boot option screen.

Hi,
I had a WIndows XP SP3 and later installed ubuntu 10.04 as a software within xp. I uninstalled the UBUNTU but the boot options screen has not been removed. How to remove the boot options screen?

Right click My Computer >> Properties>> Advanced >> Startup and Recovery >>Settings >> System startup >> Edit.

Here delete the unwanted boot option.
