How to install mac os x on pc?

How can i install mac os x on my pc?

i have amd athlon x2 250 running windows 7.
i have already searched at google but i am not able to get proper tutorial or maybe i am not able to understand it.

if anyone of you have installed it or have knowledge about it please do help me.
coz i want to use pwnage tool.

You can't boot into it.

according to my knowledge mac needs intel processor and it won't work with amd.
