Unhappy How To Backup Windows Updates


frnz...
i m using windows 7 HP 64 bit..... and since installation updated it a lot...
but i want to backup those updates so that in future i can restore them after refreshing my system ..... its very painful to download those updates again after new windows installation ...

thank you i m sure that you are born geeks ...

only backing up dese files can solve my pblem !!!
i don't think so ..
coz.. i hav downloaded more then 160 mb updates and dese files are of 26 mb in total !!!!
thank you for ur suggestions !!!!
but i don't think it may help !!!

try this method :

Open IE (not other browsers) and go to:
"http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/catalog"
Microsoft Windows Update

You will be prompted to install the activex plugin,
click on the yellow bar, and install the plugin.

Now you are presented with a search screen.

In the search box type: windows 7

Sadly you will still be presented with other OS's, but never mind that.

In the properties bar click on "products".
This will sort the updates.

Now scroll down to windows 7 updates and on the right side you can click "add"

This will put the update in your basket.

After you have clicked them all , you can download them.
