Does ati has a separate physx driver..if yes from where can i download it for my 4650 graphic card

I think AMD/ATI has more support for Havok than PhysX, which is good IMO since most game developers use Havok anyway.

There is no Physics capability for ATI cards. If a game has been coded with Havok Physics then it will run off the CPU, no hardware physics.

But in my carton which contained the graphic card it was written "game physics processing capabilities".

install all components from the driver cd. havok will be installed.

PhysX is for Nvidia cards only
