Likno Web button maker not working

Hello, I have a PC running Windows XP SP3. I installed Likno Web Button Maker Free from Digit's November 2010 DVD. But whenever I run it, It dosplays the following error -

Error: Access violation at 0x00427654 (tried to read from 0x0000000C), program terminated.

Then the program closes. I reinstalled the program and tried again, but it doesnt work

Please help me!
