How to install xp from pendrive in laptop dos?

Guys plz help me. Today i bought Hp 110-3105tu. Its a netbook. Now I have copied the windows xp cd content to a pen drive. Now plz guide me step by step on how to install xp. From partitioning to formatting to till i see the xp installation screen.

I searched the net but didnt find a suitable guide. If anyone can point to a guide that will also do.
