Nero encoding problem

i have nero multimedia suite 10 which includes nero vision xtra, whenever i try to make dvd and burn it , everything goes well but at the last stage while video transcoding the process fail, i thing some transcoding related plugin software is to be install , please help.

I am using kaspersky internet security, updated daily.

I am using kaspersky internet security, updated daily.

You need to do this:
1.Open nero vision.
2.Make dvd-dvd video.
3.At the bottom click "More>>"
4.Click recording format.
5.Under general tab, look at the field video mode.
6.In the video mode field select PAL or NTSC depending on your chosen format(i usually use PAL).
7.Click ok.
8.Continue your work.

PS: If this does not work then open the same recording format panel and disable smart encoding.
