Default Can someone here develop a Gmail-POP3 software extension ?

If any of you can develop on your own a software/extension/app to check Gmail and download onto a client app. such as Outlook Express, please let me know....

I am not looking for ones that are available online, but am looking if anyone here has developed one or would like to develop something like this.

Thanks !

check the exact version of .NET
both them requires .NET 1.1
sometimes even higher .NET runtimes gives this error
