Need a decent Video-audio-image editing software

Hello people,

i am basically looking to create some music videos and looking out for a software which could handle Audio-Video-Images. There is Windows movie maker but we all know that it compresses the media a hell lot.

So, basically looking for a software that will give me high quality video results. I know after-effects is one but i am not sure if it does Audio.

Suggestions please.

Yea, Vegas Pro is light. But interface is tricky. Primer Pro has clean interface, though. Also, try Non-linear suits like Ulead video studio, AVS video editor. There is another basic one.. our very own Windows movie maker

I think we have forget another legendary one - VirtualDub - with the right codecs, plugins and filters it's a powerful video editor/converter - I've ised it many times earlier.
