Intel Core I3 supports Windows XP ?

I want to buy a new dell laptop. I have a doubt about OS. Is Intel Core I3 supports Windows XP ?

I want xp becoz some of my softwares doesn't have updates.


Plz tell core i 3 supports windows xp ?

Windows XP can run on I3 but you won't have driver support for it. I say you install Windows 7 and use XP mode in it to run your XP supported softwares.
