Default Wifi block

MY coll provides wifi which is a dead slow one.
Also they have applied some block on it.


MY problem

when ever we try to connect it gets connected and we can access gtalk and skype .
But i cannot access other websites.
when i try to connect it says some error and says contact your admin.

suggest some softwares or tricks to access wifi .

I hope my problem will be rectified soon
