Cool Need Invoice/Billing, Inventory Software

My friend need a software for Billing / Invoice (tax not required) with basic features
Just for making bills he need it because instead of making it manually handwriting on paper better use computer and printer

I tried BS1 Accounting 2010 and it was ok but is their any other options available ? Please suggest if any
