Basic Web Page editing software

Hi, friends, I want a software for editing the "Saved web pages" from net. i am not going to create any web page. i just save many pages while browsing and i print them to read. but to many adds and other unwanted content make the print bigger. So pls tell me a simple software that take the html saved web page on my pc and then want to delete unwanted content from it so to print a clean webpage or notes. i tried searching this forum and also googling but didnt find good softwares. most available offer creation of website but i dont want that. Thanks.

u could save it as text...
or copy and paste.. maybe it's too much of a hassle

there's also kompozer.. an html editor u could use
