CamStudio is a very good one...Google list of screen recorders,and by that means too,you'll get some good ones.

Oh sorry! forgot to see that area.You config. is good so CamStudio will work good for you.Because it consumes much memory of your comp. when compressing....Try it.if it'll not work for you,then switch to any other....
