BitLocker Drive

I can easily UNLOCK my BitLocker Encrypted Drive using my password.
I right Click on my Drive Partition, > Unlock > Enter Password> and the drive unlocks.

But where is the option to LOCK it again?
I need to restart my PC to get it again Locked.

Try this if C:\ is the drive to be encrypted and locked :
manage-bde -lock C:
