K-Lite_Codec_Pack_604 "stack overflow"

what is stack overflow error?
when i try to play .mp4 & some .avi files it says "stack overflow"
All files were working properly until i installed K-Lite_Codec_Pack_604_Full.earlier i was using K-Lite_Codec_Pack_480_Full.
UNinstalling Pack_604 & reinstalling Pack_480 solves the problem.
Is there any other solution (like changing codec combinations) so that i can keep the update.

i am also facing the same issue...i thot it was KM Player's issue so i stopped using it...no issues while using VLC Player...I will also try uninstalling K-Lite codec pack...
