Exclamation Sharing n Discovery and Windows Firewall

I have AVG Internet Security installed on PC, and I want AVG Firewall ony to be enabled.
So i disabled the Windows Firewall completely. But after disabling the Windows Firewall, NETWORK DISCOVERY and FILE SHARING in Network and Sharing gets ON.

But I want these both features OFF.
If I turn them OFF, it says "To turn off network discovery, windows firewall will be enabled"
and "To turn off file sharing, windows firewall will be enabled"

HOW CAN I PUT THESE TWO FEATURES OFF, WITHOUT ENABLING THE WINDOWS FIREWALL?
