PCSX 2 recent troubles

I was using PCSX 2 on my Core i7 a month or so ago. Later, I have had a clean reinstall on my system, but after that my PCSX isn't working. It fails every time after configuration.

I have all the BIOS / plug-ins. I also have 3 games DVDs (NFS Carbon, TMNT and Burnout Dominator) and all were working fine. But, now, even PCSX2 isn't loading. I tried googling, searched the configuration settings on the PCSX 2 website, but the problem hasn't been solved.

My config:
CPU : Core i7 920
MoBo : Intel DX58SO
Graphics : nVidia 9600
RAM : 4 GB DDR3 (Kingston)

Run it as administrator?

I use the administrator account. No other account exists. And, yes, I always run as an administrator (right click > run as.. > administrator )
