Help abt Idea Net setter

I recently purchased Idea Net setter connection,plz tell me how to see the amount of data I have I have downloaded, on the idea website.
Also tell me username and password for the same.

i thinnk the service provider supplies it..
and idea net setter doesnt have a real time data log .. so u have to take log on the system itself

Can any one provide me the link for the latest Idea Net setter software. I am facing continuous disconnection problem in Windows. Where as the connection is almost stable in Ubuntu.
