Default scanning programs

I need help! I am using PHOTOZIG to scan, enlarge, and print the enlarged photo. The issue is that it DOES NOT work despite the fact that there is a screen to enter any percentage number of my choice. The result is a copy at the scanned photo size. This is also true with any number of programs I have tried. None of the help pages are of any use. Enlarging/printing is not included in the index. All the vendors have ignored me. I have found that the XP SCANNER WIZARD WILL print at an enlarged size but ONLY if the photo is opened as an attachment, NOT if you scan it in. Whats up with that? Any help welcome.reeltoreelguy@gmail.com
