How to make bootable DVD of XP+Other app

Please any one tell me that How can I make a bootable DVD in which contain XP and other application I use, by which after format my PC I do not have to install drivers and other softwares one by one.

imo you should make a backup via Norton ghost and whenever you reinstall your XP, just run norton ghost backup and your drivers and apps will be back easily.
