Post Firefox Addons


Friends I have a lot of firefox extentions as files but I don't know how to install them in firefox as there is no option to browse from harddrive in there. So please help me in this

File Menu > Open File. Simple!

You can also enter the address in the address bar like D:\Firefox Extensions\Extensionname.xpi

Dont install all of them at once... it will make the browser slow

ajayashish is right. installing too many addons made my browser (firefox of course ) so slow as if i was using a browser of p3 age. so don't run for too many addons.

not every add on is stable. moreover most add-ons are developed and maintained by anonymous devs. so make sure that you are not compromising with your system security. so avoid installing buggy add ons. that will create compatibility issues.

just use drag and drop for the extensions of firefox.
