Default Windows Explorer+Dr.Watson Woes

I Have Windows XP With SP2 on a Pentium 4 1.6 Ghz Based PC. HDD is 20 GB & RAM is 256MB. I was away for Quite a while and the PC was in Disuse.Somedays ago, I Updated Everything Thru "Windows Update".Since then, My Explorer keeps on Crashing.

This Mostly Occurs While Installing/Uninstalling Softwares/Utilities/Games From CDRoms. And After the Explorer Crash Message appears and I "Close"it, Another Message,This time of the Dr.Watson Application as Having Crashed,Appears. And I am Forced to Use the Task Manager to End the "Drwtson32" Process.I Have Thoroughly Scanned My System for Any Malware or Spyware But It's Clean.(Avast.Ad-Aware SE & Spybot)
Anyone Has any Suggestions?

Another Thing I've Noticed is that ,there are Many Similar Processes in the Task Manager. Can I Close the Duplicate ones?
